Cutting open your egg.
• 1. Draw an oval on the egg as shown in Figure 1.
• 2. Carefully open the egg, do not break the yolk.

Clean up
• 1 Throw away the bowl with the egg in it.• 2. Clean with hot soap and water all
dissection instruments then dry: Probe• scissors forcepts• 3. Wash down your lab table and dry
