with the digital premiere of Jurassic Park 3 in Los

Angeles by using MPEG2 version technology

March 2002, Digital cinema initiatives was formed a joint

project of many motion pictures

August 2006, first Indian digital cinema was released

And of 2012 80% of word wide cinema screen would be

converted to digital

ANALOG AND DIGITAL

ANALOG Uses film camera. Good Color Spacing Less Secure. Can’t preserve for

long years. Distribution is

difficult.

DIGITALo Uses both film

camera and digital camera.

o Similar color Spacing that off analog.

o Highly Secure.o Can preserve for long

years.o Distribution is much

easier.

System Interoperability

The DCP that created in QUBE MASTER must work in DOREMI Server which is situated in NEW YORK and also in the same way a DCP created in DOREMI Rapid Mastering Station must work in a QUBE Server which is situated in INDIA
