The ITU-T Smart Incubator was launched in

September 2018 at the ITU Telecom World in

Durban, South Africa, thanks to Saudi Arabia

and Rwanda for their financial support.

The Incubator will assist and support

technology-oriented entrepreneurs and start-

ups in the early development stages.
