Ensure environmental considerations are incorporatedwhere support functions are provided to theoperational force.
The Unit of Action and Assured Mobility Conceptsand FCS systems will require larger home stationtraining areas and ranges to exercise the extendeddistances of FCS.
ü Involve communities in the decision-makingprocess.
ü Develop plans with local communities to aid inrelocation of threatened and endangered species toareas off the installation to increase training area.
Keys to achieving environmental integration:- USAES serve as the proponent for environmentalconsiderations across the DOTMLPF spectrum.
- Proactive doctrine and POI development andintegration by the Army and Joint services andcompletion of training packages for all Army courses.
- Acceptance and use of doctrine and unit trainingproducts by the field.- Review of training for CP 16 and 18 personnel.
- Sustained maintenance of DOTMLPF products..
- Periodic evaluation of integration, usage, andeffectiveness.
