THE DELOCIOUS FOOD• This fine piece of Asian cuisine is tasty and one of many

traditional Asian foods.• But when i see them at Asian restaurants I often leave

wondering how those foods are generated. • In my power point I will telling you the ingredients and the

process of making egg rolls.• LETS GET STARTED!!

INGREDENTS!!• Egg roll wraps • Cabbage cut into thin

slices • Sprouts• Onions• Carrots in thin slices

• Peanut or vegetable oil • garlic powder to

season• soy sauce to season• one egg

(beaten/whisked

1.PREHEAT YOUR DEEPFRYER• Heat up your deep fryer.• If you don’t have a deep fryer use a pan of hot

oil it might not work out as well.• The peanut oil gives it a pea nutty taste

2. STUFFING YOUR ROLLS• Mix the ingredients

Cabbage OnionsCarrots in thin slicesvegetables or beef, seafood(shrimp) (optional)soy sauce to seasongarlic powder to season

• Place them on your egg roll wraps which should be placed at a diamond shape

3. WRAPING• Yo we gonna wrap the rolls.• Place the bottom of your wrap over the mixture

and wrap it kind of like a taco

4. SEALING THE ROLLS• Beat the egg in a

small bowl and use it as a glue to seal the seem of the egg roll.• This is to ensure the

oil doesn’t get into the egg roll.

5. THE COOKING >:)• Since the oil going to

vary in temperature you need to watch over your egg rolls.• Cook until golden

brown• Roll egg rolls over if

necessary

6. SERVING• Served best when it is hot• You can use cherry sauce, plumb sauce, sweet

and sour sauce or anything you choose. • Great with stir-fry, Pho, etc.
