CSO Terminology
CSO = Combined Sewer Overflow
CB = Catch Basin
CD = Consent Decree
Combined Sewer = pipe w/ storm and sanitary flow
Purpose of sewer separation project is to provide separate sanitary pipe and separate storm drain pipe.
