¡Connecting Navel & Third Eye Chakra¡ Place middle finger in navel and push in and pull up firmly
¡ Place other middle finger between beginning of eyebrows, push up firmly
¡ Take in 2-3 deep breaths and allow your energies to relax

¡ Do Donna Eden’s 4 Thumps- tap areas for about 10-15 seconds¡ Firmly tap under eyes on the cheek bones¡ Thump about 1.5 inches below each collarbone, just to the
side of sternum (K-27)¡ Thump on the sternum between the breasts¡ Tap front of body one rib beneath breasts and along side of

¡ Connect to Earth Star Chakra- 18-24 inches beneath feet

¡ Trace Triple Warmer Meridian backwards to calm energies and stress response¡ Start at temples, trace over and behind ears, to shoulder,
down the outside of arm to the tip of the ring finger¡ Trace same on opposite side of body¡ Do as often as you like unless driving

¡ Using both hands, hold palm side of fingers over both areas of neurovascular points at same time for 2-10 minutes or until emotions has lessened

ACUPRESSURE TO REDUCE ANXIETYSEDATE TRIPLE WARMER
² 2-step process: Meridian Action Points & Control Points² Process is done with Meridans on both sides of body² ACTION: Gently hold the first set of Action acupoints
on one side of the body for 3 minutes ² Then hold the same set of Action acupoints on the other
side of the body for 3 minutes.

MERIDIAN CONTROL POINTS
–Hold the set of Control Acupoints for 90 seconds on one side of the body, then same on the opposite side.
– Holding the first set of acupoints asks the meridian to calm down/relax
– Holding the second set of acupoints asks the meridian to stay relaxed for a longer period of time.
– This process can be repeated as often as needed until the emotion is in balance
