RMP and Small Dredgers

• RMP intended to give small dredgers a break on fees

• LTMS will significantly reduce in-bay disposal

• Hamilton ATF is key to LTMS success• BUT Hamilton may result in mainly small

dredgers disposing in-bay • Thus, under current fee structure small

dredgers could pay most non-Corps RMP fees

Transition to the LTMS “40/40/20 Plan” Began in 2001Transition to the LTMS “40/40/20 Plan” Began in 2001
