Commercial Projects

• Project “A” is one of the largest development projects in Dubai, with a projected built up area of 75 million sq. ft. and an estimated value of around USD 12 billion.

• The construction work has already started for phase one and the first set of showcase office buildings will be commissioned by Q2 2007. Project “A” will be formally launched in Q3 2006.
