condensingunitconnectedtoaceilingmountedConvertibleunit(canbemountedonthefloororceiling)andtwoBrezza

Indoorwallmountedunits,whichfullymetthecustomer’sneedsandwhichweresuppliedbyPureAirDistributionLtdbased

inGuildford.

ComfortBuildingServicesadmitthattheinitialreasonforconsideringHaierfromPureAirwaspricebased,butthiswasnot

theonlydecidingfactor.ComfortBuildingServicesMD,DaveBoshier,commented,“Iadmittohavingsomeinitialconcerns,

asHaierhasonlyjustbeenreintroducedtotheUKandpastexperienceswerenotgreat,butthepriceandcustomerserviceI

receivedfromPureAirwasexcellent.Althoughthiswasonlyasmalljob,IwastreatedthewayIwouldexpecttobetreated

foralargeproject.IfoundthemveryeasytodealwithandanyqueriesIhadwerepromptlyresolved.Icouldn’tfaulttheprice

orcustomerservice,soIdecidedtogowithit”.

“Theinstallationwentverysmoothly,withexcellentfeedbackfromtheengineersthemselves. Wheninstallingsomething

new,Iwouldexpecttheoddgripe,problemorqueryfrommyengineers,buttheyhadnothingbutpraisefortheequipment.

Itappearedtobeverywellmanufactured,wentinlikeadreamandcommissionedupfirsttime”saidMr.Boshier.Dueto

spacelimitations,theSuperMatchMulticondensingunithadtobeinstalledinawarehouse,whichbackedontooneofthe

offices.“PriortoinstallationIwasslightlyconcernedaboutthepotentialnoisefromthecondensingunit,butitwasextremely

quiet”addedMr.Boshier.Aswellasthequietoperation,themaximumpiperunforthisunitisalsolongerthanmost,ifnot

allothermajormanufacturersat100m,makingforaneasierinstallation.

“Anothernicefeatureofthecondensingunitisthatithasalittlecoveronthefrontthatliftstorevealadisplayboardshowing

theCUload.Wecouldinstantlyseehowhardthecondensingunitwasworking.That’sanicetouch”addedMr.Boshier.
