Executive Development Programme for Government CIOs and Senior Officers
The e-Government Innovation Centre
(eG.InC) is being established as a dynamic
new structure to work towards the goals of
building ICT human capacities, as well as
function as a forward-thinking and critical
consultation centre for the government.
eG.InC will work towards proposing
comprehensive recommendations for
integrated and strategic directions
towards e-Government, developing an e-

obstacles, and conducting research on the
