This means you need an English credit from 12th grade plus possibly 1

more if you haven't taken a full course load.

Must achieve 22 credits and meet all required

criteria.

How can you do this?

We must make up 5 terms of English in 3 terms.

This will be demonstrated in the completing study plan.

Applying for early graduation

• Must have 20 completed credits and no fails.

• Must have maintained a G.P.A over 3.0 throughout high school

• Must have approval from Korean College Counselor and House Teacher

• Must apply before the end of term 5 grade 11 (2014)

Completing Study Plan

•This will be made in conjunction with your grade 12 English teacher

•This will outline the requirements and due dates for all work

•This must be signed by students, parents and the English teacher

The procedure after initial approval

• University acceptance can be expected in December

• If a student has been granted initial approval fails in any subject they will be negated from early graduation

• Student must complete all curriculum

• After University acceptance is submitted to the school the student may be given leave to drop all subjects other than those in the completing study plan

Term 3- 2015

• The Academic Credit Committee will endeavor to grant final approval for early graduation as soon as possible

• However the final decision rests on completing the study plan

• Students will not be granted early graduation if they exceed 10 days absence in grade 12.

• Any Academic dishonesty will invalidate any early graduation

• The final decision on early graduation lies with the Academic Credit Committee

G.P.A and transcript considerations

•The maximum grade for early graduation credit subjects is B+

•AP courses will be amended on the transcript to read college (subject)

•Transcript will show dropped passing for courses that are incomplete
