Easy Yoga Moves for Beginners

Beginner’s tips on how you can start

practicing yoga

Yoga is perhaps the only exercise known today that can look both ridiculously easy and painfully hard at

the same breath.

This is probably why it has been so appealing to people of all ages during these recent times.

you’re probably interested in practicing it, too—except you

don’t know where to exactly start.

You can start practicing yoga without having to injure whether you’re injuring yourself or not!

All you have to do is to tuck your hips in a downward position as you do so.

The Cobra

The Mountain

You can’t get as “static” as this pose here. You simply have to stand straight and raise your hands to the heavens with fingers pointing up. It’s very simple, and it also looks cool from afar, too.

Since we’re on the subject of “coolness”, how about making a pose that looks like you’re about to attack somebody?

The Warrior

You simply have to hold this pose for a minute, then shift to the other foot while making sure that your knees are bent 90 degrees.

The Tree

This is a pose that is similar to the “mountain”, but the only difference is that it calls for you to balance your leg against its opposite thigh.

Who knew that throwing tantrums can be useful for yoga?

The Child’s Pose

This pose is how toddlers do it, anyways, and the good thing about it is that you don’t even have to injure yourself while doing so.
