Robots for Ecology Robots carry tools designed for acquisition of ecologically relevant information. These sensors include: 1.Optical sensors operating in a spectrum from infrared through visible to ultraviolet light. They are used to model the robot’s environment, to identify and take a census of organisms of all sizes, and to record a variety of parameters such as surface temperatures, or underwater light attenuation. 2.Additional physical sensors, the most common being temperature, pressure, humidity and conductivity sensors.3.Acoustic sensors, which are mainly used underwater to assess current features, but also to map organisms. 4.Chemical sensors, such as pH sensors or tools to detect a great variety of gases, especially O2 and CO2.

Robots to Observe Breeding Emperors Penguins in

Artantida

A Finnish company has developed a robot which can recycle mountains of garbage and waste. The robot has no name, but it has already equipped with various options and alternatives for this task: metal detector, weight, 3D scanner.

Robots for manufacturing various kinds of Solar Panels

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory U.S. created six robots multitasking capable of manufacturing various kinds of solar panels in only half hour. Its aim is companies in the sector to increase their production and try before the new prototypes.

Recycling RobotsIn Japan, a robot is made up to recycle six

types of plastics.

ECO-SAVE ROBOTS USED IN KOREA FOR RECYCLING

There are different types of eco-robot types that dispose of bottles, cans, plastics, films, glass bottles and cell phones in a Korea company Eco-save. They automatically control the process of handling valuable recyclables including sorting, compressing, separating, storing and recovery.

ECO-SAVE ROBOTS USED IN KOREA FOR RECYCLING

The eco-robot also comes with an eject door for unidentified objects and can compress up to 30 pieces per minute.

In order to use the Eco-robot you must be a member for which you are provided with a membership card. You insert your card before inserting your recyclables into the eco-robot, from there your recyclables will be processed and the weight of your carbon dioxide emission will be shown to you and the points you receive for recycling will be added on to your membership card.

Marine Robots A robot combines designed surfboard

capable of up to 4000 km navigate autonomously through the energy you get from your solar panels. It was created to analyze ocean conditions, improve communications and identify weather or geological events.

A submarine robot explorers studying sensitive habitats and detect contaminants. Gliders -aquatic robots are able to measure some aspects of the sea, such as temperature , acidity and salinity. There are also robots designed to explore the deep sea, which could capture unrepeatable images of funds from the Canary Islands to dive to 600 meters.

A robot to Eliminate Fuel Stains from the Sea

Robots are designed to eliminate waste of the ocean surface and fuel stains without harming marine life and flying robots to measure the effects that cause some particles in the atmosphere.

Seaswarm Robots to clean oil spills

Seaswarm robots use a special substance to absorb and collect oil from the sea surface. Those robots can detect the oil spills on their own and then convey the message to their robotic group and chalk out a strategy among themselves to clean the mess.

Tree Planting RobotA four legged eco friendly

robot used to plant seedlings. It has a planting head and planting arm. It has a protective barrier which has been made with biodegradable plastic. It also provides protection to the seedlings from bugs.

It is a steam based engine that is fueled using forest wastes that cools water. A revolving cartridge loads the seedlings in the planting head.

The robot is flexible and efficient. It can automatically refill and refuel

A robot to look into White Sharks and Hurricanes at Sea Level

A self-propelled, solar

and wave-powered robot designed by Liquid Robotics—had been deployed to track great white sharks.

US scientists took the opportunity to use the multi-purpose robot to gather storm or hurricanes data at sea level.
