The Los Angeles City Council is considering how to create special vending districts in Los Angeles. (Venice Beach Boardwalk is one example of a Vending District.) A vending district will not be allowed to set up in an established retail area (for example, in Leimert Park Village). With that in mind, where would you establish a Vending District(s) within the boundaries of the Empowerment Congress West?View Map at: http://www.ecwandc.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/NDC-map.jpg1ST
