Preliminary programPreliminary program

This is the sixth national conference held under the aegis of the Institute of Professional Editors Limited (IPEd) and the first to be organised by the Society of Editors (WA) Inc. The conference will provide a forum with leading editors and communications experts, looking at key issues in our industry. These presentations and workshops—some challenging, some diverting—are offered to enhance your skills and explore new knowledge.

‘They shared all their secrets and traded their treasures and pushed out the boundaries of culture once more.’ (In the words of the conference theme song, Monsoonal Sailors by Bernard Carney.)

The conference is traditionally well attended and received. Over 200 people attended the Sydney event in 2011.
