Extra sleep in the weekends can be a good
medicine for working adults who stay up late
or are wake to long.
sleep is associated with rest and time for mental
regeneration. Sleep helps and protect restored energy.
How can you prevent sleep loss?
Going to bed and wake up the same time help you control your sleep loss.
Avoid heavy meals before sleeping because if your still digesting food its difficult to fall asleep.
Heavy meal
Alcohol and caffeine mess around with your nervous system so its best to avoid them before sleeping.
Negative affects of sleep?
obesity, getting less then 7 hours asleep a day can lead to obesity. Obesity is increased body weight caused by excessive accumulation of fat.
While the person doesn’t get enough sleep there bodies start to produce more stress hormones which increases risk for heart diseases or stroke.
Depression
Getting less then 5 hours asleep can lead to one of America’s common disease, diabetes.
Symptoms of Diabetes
Sleep helps the body produce antibodies which help fight infections. Without sleep your body would be more likely to get sicker then others who get sleep.
