Agency Report Leads

• Each agency should identify a Reporting Lead and provide this information to the Finance Customer Resource Center (Finance.CRCGroup@ky.gov).

• The Reporting Lead will be the primary contact for all information related to the reporting upgrade.

Inbox Cleanup

• Agency Reporting Leads should notify users that effective May 1, 2014 all reports in the user’s Business Objects Inboxes will be deleted.

• Going forward Business Objects reports in a user’s Inbox will be deleted at the beginning of every month.

• If a user needs to keep a report they should check with the agency Reporting Lead to determine if this report should be saved in the agency folder or in the user’s favorites.
