Eat healthy food for

a good day at school

Eat fruit and vegetables!

If you eat fruits and vegetables it will give you oils and vitamins that will help you to remember information better. Unless you

eat fruit and vegetables you won't remember well.

Eat dark chocolate!

If you eat dark chocolate it will give you vitamins that will keep your brain

healthy. Unless you eat dark chocolate your brain won't be as healthy as if you

do.

Eat whole grain food like brown rice and whole meal bread!

If you eat whole grain food you will have lots of energy throughout your school

day. Unless you eat whole grain food you won't have lots of energy.

Drink lots of water!

Your brain needs water to stay healthy. If you drink plenty of water you will

concentrate better in class. Unless you drink plenty of water you won't be able to

concentrate well in class.

Get plenty of sleep and exercise

If you exercise regularly it will improve your memory. Your body won't work as

well unless you get plenty of sleep. That goes for your brain too! Unless you

exercise regularly, your memory won't be better. Unless you get plenty of sleep,you

won't work well.

Don't eat too much white bread and sugary food.

If you eat this type of food, you will get a quick energy lift but later you will feel

tired and unable to concentrate.

So if you want to be able to concentrate better in class, have more energy and have

good notes, do not forget these basic rules!
