What Is envir pak?

• envirOpak is a privately held global packaging and logistic company that produces and sells an engineered style of plastic slip sheet called a SLIP-TRAY Pallet. This wood-free packaging system is being used by companies in the agricultural, chemical, plastic, and rubber industry.

Who’s Using Is envir pak?

• The SLIP-TRAY Pallet is being used to ship beans, cocoa, coffee, flour, peanuts, resin, sugar, synthetic and natural rubber, as well as many other products throughout the globe.

• With its rounded lip design it can be easily loaded using common tapered forks. The design can also utilize a push-pull attachment.

• The addition of the SKID-PLATE in replacement of the interlayer, make it much easier to unload the top unit of rubber.

• The SLIP-TRAY Pallet allows for 7 layers of rubber on bottom unit when stacked in a 20’ container.

• 8 bottom units with 7 layers + 1,470 MT each X 8 = 11,760 MT.

Maximize Your Container

• The SLIP-TRAY Pallet allows for 6 layers of rubber on top of 7 layers.

• 8 top units with 6 layers = 1,260 MT each X 8 = 10,080 MT.

Wood container fits two units of 6, while SLIP-TRAY container will fit a unit of 6 on top of a unit of 7. Maximizing the load will produce a free container after 12 containers are shipped.
