● The Removal of Java will dovetail with the extension of our REST services to allow for an Administration console to be rebuilt in EQUELLA.

● We have already started to move functionality away from Java by implementing HTML5 replacements for some of the key controls.

● This is inline with our mobile strategy and our general move to reduce technical overhead.

Customer engagement initiatives

The EQUELLA Product team is seeking to engage more effectively with our clients and partners. Some of our initiatives are:

● yourEQUELLA - the website that allows clients and partners to enter, vote and comment on feature requests.

● Focus groups - topic-specific forums for both consultants and clients to discuss their requirements, and contribute ideas for EQUELLA’s future direction.

● Beta program - enables our users to test and provide feedback on features prior to release.
