• Time sheets every month• Every 3 month an intermediate report (just to

give fresh news or indicate problems that need to be solved…)

• Every 6 month a semestrial report with some financial info, manpower and scientific progress (most recent one ending September 2009)

• Every 18 months THE OFFICIAL report to Europe

Publications

• We'll have to be a little more rigorous with the publications: if you publish or published something which has to do with NCLinac, please let me know! There is even a (appearingly very light) procedure put in place to upload EuCARD related publications on CDS See here http://cdsweb.cern.ch/collection/EuCARD to get an idea ...

Manpower

• The table of "percentages of manpower used" were unclear to practically everyone! This will be changed: In the next semestrial report we will indicate whether much less or much more of the originally planned manpower was used during the reporting period (as a first indicator whether the project/task/subtask is on track).
