• Should Have a Rolling Five Year Financial Plan– Equity / Working Capital Evaluation

• Projected uses• Growth Needs

– Profitability Projection• Shouldn’t necessarily start with Gross Revenue• Need to dig deeper into components of profitability• How Much do you need to maintain culture
