Evaluation Q6What have you learnt about technologies from

the process of constructing this product?

Photoshop…Before starting this media product, I had no

prior knowledge or understanding of Photoshop and how to make an effective piece of work on it. I know now hot to create a media standard piece of work on it and how to download separate fonts and brushes on to the software in order to improve the entire look of my product.

Quark…Quark is a software I had never even heard of

before I began this project and had continued problems with throughout. Once I had learnt the essential tools though I was able to adapt them and be able to make the contents page and double page spread that I wanted to make. I was also able to download various fonts that allowed me to make and industry standard product.

SLR CameraSLR Cameras allowed us to take industry

standard pictures that would not have been able to have been produced on a regular camera. The images were crisp, clear and vibrant and had a positive effect throughout the rest of my magazine, as it reflected upon other aspects of my work

BloggingThe blogging system on blogger was

something I was familiar with before I began to make my magazine, and because of this I was able to produce blogs very quickly and well. However I have never produced a blog of this size before and it was nice to elarn how to organise my blog on a mass scale
