What is Evans E-Learn

Online learning and assessment facility

Helps provide required COSHH training and product awareness

FREE for all users of Evans Vanodine products

Users are enrolled via their Evans distributor

COSHH

The Hazardous Substances (COSHH) training course is

designed to safeguard you and your customers when using

Evans Vanodine products.

It will take users through a detailed overview of COSHH,

followed up with sessions on Classification, Health Risks and

Control Measures.

This is a RoSPA approved course.

Training that suits you

The course lasts between 20 and 30 minutes

It can be completed at a time and place that suits

Users can exit the course at any point - progress will be

saved to return and complete the course at a later date

Users can choose to learn in a variety of different languages

Once users are enrolled on the course, they will receive an automated e-mail,

with login details and a link to the training site.

Introduction and a Summary

Some slides are interactive

and require further actions

Clicking on the image reveals

further information

Users cannot proceed to the

next slide until all actions

have been completed

Some slides require multiple

interactions. Once each is

selected and read, the image

will fade out

Knowledge is tested

throughout the course. Each

section has a mini test.

Users cannot proceed to the

next slide until all statements

are correct

At the end of the course

there is an official, scored,

test, containing 10 multiple

choice questions.

If users answer a question

incorrectly, the system will

advise the correct answer

before moving on to the next

slide.

Users must achieve a pass

rate of 80% to pass the

course. If they fail the test,

they can re-visit any section

to refresh their learning

before re-taking the test.

There is no limit to the

amount of times users can

re-take the test, as long as it

is within the course expiry

date.

Once users pass the test,

they can save or print their

certificate. A copy will also be

saved on the system, under

‘My Reports’

When a pass rate is achieved, a certificate is issued

The PDF certificate can be printed and saved

A copy is also saved on the system in users training record

Evans branded certificate

Shows user’s name, company, pass rate and date

Displays ‘RoSPA Approved’ logo
