Prathibha Sudhir is a Project Manager with Global Delivery Center (GDC) organization, part of Advanced
Services at Cisco. Her current role as PM is to engage and drive Customer Project governance end to end
mainly focused on Cisco’s EMEAR accounts. Prathibha has been with Cisco for over 8 years and started by
supporting C-Level Management Team in Globalization and S+CC Teams contributing right from planning of
Campus inauguration to setting up the robust Executing Briefing Centre and played key roles in high profile
customer visits in the capacity of executing hosting. She then moved to assist Sanjay Pal – VP, Advanced
Services during his leadership tenure in Bangalore and has played an impactful role in extending support to
Sanjay and his Leadership Team across the globe in the capacity of an Executive Assistant for the three years.
Prior to Cisco, Prathibha has worked with Intel Technologies as Operations Analyst focusing on Frontline
Customer Support, Partner Portal Analysis and Technical Troubleshooting via remote access capabilities. And
prior to Intel, she worked for Aricent Technologies as EA to General Manager and also worked with Harman
Technologies focusing on Sales Co-ordination. She has an overall 18 years of professional experience in various
corporates. Prathibha is well recognized as Tools Champ within India Admin Board and across APJC Admin
Communities within Cisco and has attended Star Achievement Programme Level 1 and 2 held in Cisco, San
Jose in 2009 and 2011. She joined Indian Association of Secretaries and Admin Professionals (IASAP) in Oct
2008 and currently holds the title of Chairperson of IASAP for Bangalore Chapter. She was adjudged with
Runner up title at The All-India Secretary and Administrative Professional of the Year Contest in the year 2010
and 2012.
Prathibha holds a Diploma in Commercial Practice from Karnataka Board of Technical Education and recently
got certified as Agile ScrumMaster. Her passion includes Racing Sports, Performing Arts and the latest one is
Horse Riding with her 9 years old daughter.

Ashok Soota Executive Chairman- Happiest Minds Ltd.,
Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman, Happiest Minds, a next generation IT Services company, is widely
recognized as one of the pioneering leaders of the Indian IT industry.
Prior to founding Happiest Minds in August 2011, Ashok led the growth of Wipro’s IT business from $ 2 m to
$ 500m run-rate. Subsequently, he was founding Chairman & MD of MindTree and led it through a very
successful IPO. His second entrepreneurial venture, Happiest Minds has already established several
benchmarks in the IT Services industry in India and is on course to achieve its goal of being the fastest to
achieve USD 100 mn revenue.
Ashok began his career in 1965 with the Shriram Group of Industries in India. In 1978, he became CEO of
Shriram Refrigeration, a company which was unprofitable for four straight years. Ashok facilitated a complete
turnaround, making it profitable in his very first year and taking it to a position of leadership in each of its
product lines.
Ashok is a leader of industry. He was President of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), India’s largest
Industry association and also President of Manufacturers’ Association of Information Technology. He has
served on Prime Minister’s Task Force for IT and on the Advisory Council for the World Intellectual Property
Organization, Geneva. For his contributions to India’s IT industry, he has been recognized twice as IT Man of
the Year, also as Electronics Man of the Year, and recognized at Infocom 2013, Kolkata, as one of the 12
Gems who helped to build Indian IT Industry. The companies he has led have created about 25,000 jobs
during his leadership tenure.
Ashok’s philanthropic contributions are channeled through Ashirvadam, a Trust he has created for
Environmental Protection and help for the needy including vocational training, education and medical
assistance.
Ashok holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Roorkee University (now IIT, Roorkee) and an MBA from
the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. He is a Fellow of INAE. Ashok’s hobbies include trekking, the
outdoors, yoga, taichi and meditation.

Nivruti Rai Senior Director, Intel India
Nivruti is a Senior Director within the IP Blocks and Technologies Group (IPG) at Intel India. She has been
with Intel for around 22 years and with Intel India for about 8 years. She manages IPG’s MIG and EIG teams
in Bangalore, India with additional management responsibility of the MIG team in Penang, Malaysia as part of
her new MIG-Asia Design Center charter. Her overall organization comprises of ~800 engineers who design,
validate and integrate Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs, Embedded Soft-IPs and IP Subsystems for Intel’s Client,
Server and Phone/Tablet SoC products. She joined Intel as an RCG and became a Principal Engineer in the
Oregon CPU team within 8 years. After moving from Oregon to Bangalore in 2005, she worked on 3
generations of the Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) chipset product and was fully responsible
for successful tape-outs of two GMCH chipsets, with complete architecture, design and validation ownership.
Nivruti also leads the India site-level Innovation charter and successfully drives site-wide events such as the
Innovation Day & TED-like Talk Series. Nivruti holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and
Operations Research from Oregon State University (OSU), and in 2009 she received the Oregon Stater Award
and was inducted into OSU’s "Academy of Distinguished Engineers". She has authored more than 15
technical papers and has multiple patents on Integrated circuits, Design methodology and Operations
research.

Lavanya Gopalakrishnan is a Director with the Global Delivery Center (GDC) organization, part of Advanced
Services at Cisco. She leads the Strategy and Operations function for the Global Delivery Center organization
that has 5 locations across the globe including Dalian. She also co-leads services delivery from the Bangalore
Delivery Center.
Lavanya has been with Cisco for over 11 years. Prior to her role in Services, Lavanya worked in the Supply
Chain Operations organization in San Jose, California. During this time, she held various technical and
management positions that focused on developing strategic supply chain initiatives, operational
excellence, partner management and product quality. She has managed global supply chain teams that were an
integral part of several product launches such as the CRS-1, CRS-3 and Telepresence.
Lavanya has worked with Nortel and Ciena in product development roles prior to Cisco. She is recognized in
the Supply Chain Manufacturing arena, having authored multiple papers including journal publications and
presented in Industry-wide conferences. Lavanya has Bachelors degree from BITS, Pilani in India and a
Masters degree from the State University of New York in Binghamton, New York.

Shukla has a rich corporate experience of 25 years in the hospitality industry. Her first step of success was
when she completed her ISC from Loreto Convent with record marks and won the National Scholarship. She
then did her Bachelors in English and Education. She completed her Montessori training and took up her first
job as a teacher. She also has the credit of having started the first school for the Indian army officer’s children
in remote Bhutan. She then went to do her MA in Comparative Literature and got a gold medal. She did her
MBA specializing in Marketing. That was the beginning of her long stint in corporate career.
She joined the Oberoi group and held various positions both in the middle and senior positions in operations
and sales. She then joined Dalmia Resorts as the Regional Director for 3 years. In 1990 she joined RCI a
multinational world leader in timesharing, and was responsible for starting the new concept in the country, as
it’s first MD. She was there for 10 years and was responsible for making it a profitable and a well-known
hospitality brand.
In 2000 she gave up her high profile corporate position and started the India operations of Christel House, a
multinational NGO working with children. She says that she has been greatly inspired by Mother Teresa with
whom she has worked as a young volunteer for 7 years. Her experience with slum and street children greatly
encouraged her to make the development of under- served children as her mission in life. She therefore started
Parikrma Humanity Foundation a NGO that runs two schools that provide quality English medium education to
about 1566 orphaned, abandoned, slum and street children. Parikrma has also partnered with Bangalore
Corporation to enhance the quality of education of 12 government schools.
Shukla is the recipient of many national and international awards. She was awarded the Entrepreneur of the
Year Award in 1995, the Bharat Gaurav Award in 1996 and the Woman of the Year award in 2000. In 2013, she
was awarded as a Bangalore Hero and she received an award from the Rotary International Community Service
for her excellence in the field.
Parikrma Humanity Foundation has just been awarded the Derozio Award for excellence in special education
and social commitment.

Vinisha Nero is currently the sitting Member of the Legislative Assembly in the Government of Karnataka. Her
constituency extends to the entire State of Karnataka and her role is to protect the Constitutional guarantees
and serve the interests of the microscopic minority Anglo-Indian Community, which she is part of.
Vinisha holds a Master of Philosophy (M. Phil.) Degree & Master of Arts Degree in Sociology from Mysore
University and Karnataka State Open University. She has done Project Management training in Singapore and
Australia, completed her Commerce certifications in Shorthand & Typewriting and done Diplomas in Personal
Secretaryship and Airline Ticketing. She aspires to complete her Doctorate Research (PhD) on the Anglo-Indian
Community and publish her book on the same. She has 31 years of experience as Executive Assistant to
CXO level management of outstanding Corporate companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Clutch Group,
Capital One and C&T Architects. During this tenure she rose above expectations and got involved with
special projects and took on extra responsibilities like being the APAC Co-ordinator for the Great People Great
Performance Awards, she was part of the exclusive Global CSS Admin Support Team, took part in product
testing, etc. at Microsoft. She has written award winning articles for National & International Architecture
Magazines while at C&T and was an integral part of the CGO Admin team managing calendar, travel and
Executive visits to the GBC at Cisco. Vinisha’s forte is Event Management. Of the numerous Events organized
by her from 6 member high level delegations to over 2000 people events, the crowning glory was personally
managing Bill Gates visit to Bangalore for the inauguration of Microsoft Signature building. Vinisha was

Management of The Frank Anthony Public School, is Chairperson of the Minority Committee to suggest ways
to enhance skill development and empower the Christian Community and other Minorities. She is also on the
Core Christian Committee of the Government to distribute 125 crore funding for Christian Churches,
Community Centers, Old Age Homes and Orphanages. She is on the special committee formulated by the
Government, to review and suggest changes to the law, pertaining to atrocities against women and children.

engaged in the research and development of advanced healthcare solutions with products and services ranging

She is a Life Member of the Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (IASAP) and has
been on the Bangalore Chapter Managing Committee from 2009-2014, serving as Chairperson for the year
2011-2012. Also a key player of the organizing committee for IASAP’s 13th National Convention of Secretaries
and Administrative Professionals held in October 2013 at Bangalore.

With a career span of nearly 27 years Malini Narasimha has come a long way treading a very diverse
path enroute. Although her core competency is Secretarial work, MIS, Administration and Logistics she
has had the opportunity of working and excelling in fields like, Commercial, Sales, Service and Customer
Care. A blue blooded Bangalorean, before completing a course in Secretarial Practice at Davar’s, she completed her schooling in Sri. Aurobindo Memorial School and her Bachelor of Science Degree in
National College, Basavanagudi.
For the past 10 years she is back in her area of core competency and today she supports the CEO &
Member of Board of Wipro Limited. Wipro Ltd (NYSE:WIT) is a global information technology,
consulting and business process services company with 150,000+ employees serving clients in 175+ cities across 6 continents, company which she joined in November 2013. That she has the ability to
smoothly blend into any job with professional efficiency has been amply proved by fact that she has
been accepted her as a nodal person in the CEO’s office in a very short time.
Malini came to Wipro after a 5 year stint in Cisco Systems India Private Limited, Bangalore. From August 2008 in Cisco, apart from arranging the logistical support to the Executive Vice President, she
supported Senior Vice President. Additionally, she has also handled events such as hosting of Customer
as well as Senior Executive Visits from US, including the visit of Cisco’s Chairman and CEO. She Chaired
the Travel Committee which was a part of the India Admin Board.
In February 2005 she joined AXA Business Services, an ITES Company, as an Executive Assistant to 3 General Managers. Here, in addition to her support functions, her event organisation abilities came
to the fore when she was given independent charge of organising all Senior Executive Off-sites,
organising and hosting the inauguration of the company’s new office as well as the India visit of the
Group Chairman from France. She was awarded the Directors Special Recognition Award.
In March 1993 she started her longest service to date spanning about 12 years, when she joined H &
R Johnson (India), the pioneers of Ceramic Tiles manufacturing in India. Here, although she joined
as Admin Assistant she was given the opportunity to display and sharpen her multifarious skills as a
support professional, co-ordination expert and customer support executive.
Kores India, an office automation company, was where Malini’s working career took off in June 1988.
She started as a Receptionist-cum-Typist and within 6 months went on to be the Works Controller for the Service Team.
Malini loves to spend time with her niece. Her hobbies include trekking, photography amongst the
many. A diehard naturalist – she loves her jaunts into the wild and more particularly to the Himalayas.
She is an avid reader. Cricket is her favourite sport – idolizes Rahul Dravid and Steve Waugh for their sheer grit, determination and simplicity. Her 2 most ardent dreams among the many she has – to live
in the mountains and watch cricket matches in the Melbourne & Sydney Cricket Grounds. Her favourite
