Read carefully Passage A, ‘A Winter Wonderland’, and then answer Questions 1 and 2 on this

Question Paper.

Question 1

You have recently visited the Winter Wonderland and want to write a blog recommending the

experience. In your blog you should cover the following three bullet points.

In your blog you should answer the following questions:

What is there to see and do at the Winter Wonderland?

Why would you recommend the experience to others?

What advice would you give to people regarding the day out?

Base the blog on what you have read in Passage A and be careful to use your own words.

Address each of the three bullets.

Write about 250-350 words.

Up to 15 marks will be available for the content of your answer, and up to 5 marks for the

quality of your writing.

imagery. Explain how each word or phrase selected is used effectively in context.
