• Xotik Frujus Pvt. Ltd. (XFPL) wasincorporated in 2007, and has ever sincebeen focussed on Ready-To-Serve (RTS)fruit beverages.

• Initially, the company undertook contractmanufacturing of Bisleri and Orangina (aproduct of Orangina Schweppes- France,now under the Japanese conglomerateSuntory).

• In 2008, Xotik launched Jeeru, an applebased Jeera Masala drink, which has nowemerged as their flagship product.

• The uniqueness of the product lies in its tasteand mouthfulness, achieved through theaddition of spice extracts and apple contents.

• Jeeru is manufactured in an imported, fully-automatic plant in Daman, Union Territory ofDiu & Daman.

• Currently, Jeeru is available across majormarkets in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa,Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana,Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan,Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, and Odisha.

• Jeeru is available in all major verticals viz.,General/Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Northern,Central & Western Railway and IRCTC networks inthese markets.

• It is also exported to parts of UAE, Australia andSouth Africa.

• The EDF will be 100% dedicated toXFPL’s business, in terms of timeand effort.

• Warehousing Space: 600 sq.ft.

• 10 new distribution 4 wheeler trucks, with our branding

• Margins to EDF: 13% mark-up

• The retailer margins/trade schemesshall be decided by the company.

• Xotik Supports– Market Coverage Planning– POP Materials– Free Sampling (as required)– Sales Automation Software & Training– Uniform to the Driver cum Salesman– Vehicle Branding (Permission to be taken

by EDF)

• Sales supervision done by Xotik• Exclusive Territory will be assigned• Subsidy will be offered on Driver cum

• All disputes will be subject to Damanjurisdiction
