DESCRIPTION:

This 92-unit affordable senior living high-rise complex built in 1972 with the support of LIHTC’s, and HUD funds was able to updated the building skin and envelop, modify interiors, and placed balconies as part of the renovation process. The original building skin left in place, and clad over avoided landfill processing.
