The feedback enables the organizer to measure your satisfaction throughout the event in order to provide you with the best possible experience.

It gives you a direct line of communication to the on-site staff in case you run into any issues

How Does It Work?

You will receive a text message from the organizer after different experiences throughout the event

The message will contain a link that you can click to provide

your feedback

Feedback is provided using a simple 3-point format…

Good, Neutral, or Poor

You can also add comments to explain why the experience was good or bad
