Expert Searching
This should fill in the blank “I am a ____ expert.”
Try to be as specific as possible. This will be used for in your CV’s automatically generated URL.
I am a cofounder of ExpertFuze, an expert referral company. I have performed over 30 custom expert searches for a variety of clients including law firms, businesses, and individuals. In the custom searches, I have matched experts to projects by determining their qualifications, interest, and availability specific to each project’s needs. I am able to find experts using a variety of methods including internet searching, social media connections, and a proprietary database of experts.
Detail your areas of expertise and specifically what makes you an expert.
Must be between 500-1000 characters.

Why use specializations?
Specializations allow experts to highlight to employers in which areas the expert will be the most helpful. The details the expert provides for each specialization are intended to allow the expert to demonstrate specific knowledge in the selected specialization.
Why am I limited to five specializations?
We limited the number of specializations to not allow any expert to appear to have more expertise than any other expert just by merely the fact that the expert selected more specializations.

What information should be conveyed through detailing education?
You should demonstrate how your coursework and/or research (such as for a PhD thesis or dissertation) played a role in developing your expertise.
What should I do if my education is unrelated to my expertise?
If your education is unrelated to your expertise, you can do two things: 1) not draw attention on your CV ; or 2) flaunt it. Your unique education likely makes you different than other experts with your expertise. Your unique education and circumstances may be exactly what the employer is looking for or may show the employer that you may approach a situation/problem from a different angle than other people. If possible, you should explain how your education has helped you in your career.
