Noreen Parafina shared her experience of the work with the museum, how they learn with the children and how they stay an alternative space where children can be free to imitate, pretend and explore without restrictions. Noreen Parafina is the Program Director of Museo Pambata Foundation. She is a teacher and storyteller and designs educational activities and programs for children. Museo Pambata started in 1994 as the first children’s interactive museum in the Philippines. Their main focus is children’s rights, primarily their right to education, health and mental and physical development.
