My name is Sherri Dobbs, I am employed at Klein and CO. Temporary Housing, Inc. and I work

very closely with Brook Furniture Rental- Atlanta, GA.

I would like to give a HUGE Thank you to Corporate Services Manager, Lorraine Parker, who not

only provides excellent customer service at Brook, but she goes the extra mile...and I do mean

extra mile! Today, I had a customer who was experiencing a problem with her washing

machine, it had stopped working while she was washing her comforter and was still filled with

water. Lorraine not only scheduled the delivery team to go out and empty the water, and

arrange to have it exchanged...but she actually hand-delivered the new comforter to the

customer so that she would have it that very day! Of course the customer was thrilled beyond

words, but more than that, she expressed to me that she felt so happy to receive such caring

attention during a personal crisis and it not only made Brook Furniture Rental look awesome,

but also the company I work for at Klein and Co. too.

It is with great appreciation that I say thank you to Lorraine Parker for her special kind of

Customer Care. She is the most amazing and thoughtful person, and I just wanted to let the

world know! Thanks Lorraine!!! You are the BEST!!!
