• There isa reported- lackof IEC (Information,EducationalandCommunication)materialsatmosthealthfacilitiesconcerning:COVID-19(e.g.highlighting the locationof feverclinics,MHMScontactnumbers forconcernedpatientstocallonandinquireon).

• HealthfacilitiesarerequiringPPE’sandhandsanitizer’ssupplies.Operationspillarhasbeeninformed.• Thereisalackofback-upelectricity(generator)andwaterservicesinthesomehealthfacilities.• Ashortageofambulanceservices(Navua,Mokani).• Inadditiontoinfrastructuretocompletefeverclinicimplementationthereisneedforadditionalstaffingand

medicalequipmentplanning.

• TheIncidentManagementTeamhasbeenactivatedtorun24/7.TheIMTconsistsofsixpillars:Planning&Information,Communication,Administration&Finance,Operations,Logistics,andDonorCoordination.TheIMThasbeenestablishedtoprovideoperationalmanagementoftheFijiCOVID-19outbreakresponse.

• StrategicmanagementoftheCOVID-19responseisbasedonactionsoutlinedintheCOVID-19PreparednessandResponsePlan.

Clinical Management and Service Delivery:

• ClinicalpracticeguidelinesfromAustraliahavebeensuppliedtoallIntensiveCareUnits(ICU’s)nationally.• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) training has been conducted in most health facilities and will
