We, the organisers of the event and the sponsors, are hoping thatyou all enjoy this FUN day of motorsport.

This is a rally for enjoyment, as no points for any majorchampionships are at stake and you have the chance to demonstrate

your skills in front of the public.

ASR 5 Car 1 will be due at MTC1 at 08:55hrs.

Scrutineering only will be open between 17:00hrs and19:00hrs on Saturday 12th for those who would like to have alie in on Sunday morning. This is only available for 20 cars andMUST be booked in advance with Paul Watts strictly after5:30pm this week on 07894514370

ASR 8.2 The location of scrutineering will be in an area near the officials tent in the service area.

CAMPING

Camping field is to be vacated by 8:30am on Sunday 16thand access to the field is NOT AVAILABLE during the runningof the event. Access to the field will re-open asap after thecompletion of the event. This is for the security of thecontents of the tents and field, and because the stage has tobe crossed to get to the field. There will be toilet facilities inthis field.

THE RALLY

Enclosed there are maps of the service area and the route to thevenue from the A38, which will be orange arrowed on the day.

Spectators routing arrows will be BLUE so DO NOT follow these.

The Fortescue Family has allowed overnight camping on Saturday, sothose who wish to arrive early are welcome. If you have not alreadybooked your spaceyou can pay on the day. Perhaps we could all bringa BBQ and some refreshments and socialise together!

Each entry will be allowed with them two service crew members andtwo wife’s/partners within the entry fee. Any extra people will haveto use the spectator entrance and pay the appropriate entry fees, orthey may marshall on the event and receive free entry and a goodybag.

Within the service area you can pick your own spot form the availablespace - up to the ropes. Please park your trailer at the top of the field.Follow the signs for the route to the service area. Chris Perry is theService Area Manager, please follow any of his instructions.

There will be 12 stages and at the end of each stage you will berequired to turn and park up (and have a chin wag). The arrivalcontrol for the next stage will open as soon as possible after the lastcar/sweeper car has arrived and the set up crew have prepared thenext stage.

There will be portable toilets located at the end of each stage.

After stages 4 and 8 there will be a 30 minute service - your serviceout times will be issued as you go in.
