considerationforothers.Thereistobenonoiseafter22.00andcurfewforstudentsinDSGhostelsis00.30.Don’ttrytosneakfriendsinovernight,asyouwillneedtopayinfullfortheiraccommodation.

3. ShowrespectforSBNYJFequipment.Mostofithasbeenlenttousandneedstobereturnedinperfectcondition.

4. Youmustbehaveaccordingtotherulesofyourinstitution.5. Theremustbecompletesilenceinopenrehearsals.6. Yournamebadgeisyourtickettofoodandjazz–donotloseit,astheyareverydifficulttoreplace!Aname

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. AstheSBSBNYJFincreasesinsize,wecannotincludeallstudentswhoapply,andyouhavebeenacceptedinplaceofsomeonewhowasturnedaway.Pleasemakethemostofthefestival.

2. Forfutureapplicationsmakesurethatyoufillintheapplicationformsinfulldetail,andgettheminontime.Anyapplicationsforanysortoffinancialassistancemustbefilledincompletelyandbeinontime.

3. Lastyearanumberoftheshowsweresoldout,andweexpectthesamethisyear.Thismeansthatyoumightnotgetintoalloftheshowsyouwanttowatch.Therearetwooptions:attendtherehearsal,orfirstcomefirstservedatthedoor.Wewillaccommodateatleast50SBNYJFparticipantsineachshow.LineupatthesideentrancetotheHall½hourbeforeashowtoensureaseat.
