• If you only got a fingerprint clearance card for officiating in 2012, your clearance expires this year.
• Since 2012 was ages ago, you likely mailed your fingerprints to DPS and they now require digital copies of your fingerprints mailed directly to them, called IVP (Identity
Verified Prints)
• Its easier and faster now
• Below are the steps for a person currently without an IVP’ed fingerprint clearance card to request a renewal

Create an account or login
Then select Identity Verified Prints (IVP) – Paid Employee

Once your appointment has been made you will be asked to pay $74.95 for a
new IVP clearance card or $67 for an IVP renewal (fingerprints already on
record electronically)
