3) Asia Du Cuba – Abu Dhabi - UAE

Asia de Cuba is a brand from USA and is part of China Grill Management group based in New York. Currently there are three Asia de Cuba - in LA, Miami and London. Asia de Cuba New York will open in August and the Asia de Cuba Abu Dhabi in September.As the name suggests the cuisine will be fusion of Latin American and Asian food. Abu Dhabi restaurant will be located in the heart of the city by the beach. The restaurant is divided in 2 parts - indoor and outdoor beach front area. The total capacity of the restaurant is 330 seats. It has 2 bars with big lounge areas, DJ music, bands etc.. so basically a high end but fun place where guests would come for an experience rather than just to dine.

4) Sapori Di Bice - Jumeriah Beach Dubai UAE

We are part of an international award- winning chain of Italian Restaurants called Bice International. We will be opening another restaurant located in the Jumeirah Beach Residence called SAPORI DI BICE

• For Sapori, Must be over 21 years as they sell alcohol.

• Also I have requested info on ACCOMM – so don’t have any yet – Accomm is all included as per normal for all recruiting.
