Students can move at their own pace

Videos can be replayed

More of the class time can be used to do research and to get more individual help

Pedagogy and Innovation Symposium 1/3 of students are Millennials They have not lived in an age without

internet Khan Academy, Udacity, Coursera, edX,

Udemy, MOOC, Voicethread More and more college classes are online or

using blended instruction
