Introduction• It is most suitable for drying granular, crystalline, coarse

or similar material• It is designed to dry pharmaceutical, fine chemicals,

dyes, food and allied products• It is not suitable for liquid or pasty material• Electrically / Steam heated and Thermic Fluid heated

structure• Standard Model: Made out of mild steel and colored• GMP Model: Made out of S.S.304 quality material and

polished to matt finished• Contact Parts: Product Container and Retarding

Chamber made out of S.S.304/S.S.316 quality material• The non flameproof blower motor is available

How it Works?• The base of the container filled with material, is

heated with hot air stream• The fresh air is sucked using a blower and it is

heated by electrical heaters or thermic fluid heaters• The hot air expands into bed of material and

create a dry atmosphere• This phenomenon is known as fluidization

temperature indicator provided for inlet and outlet air• You can control the flow of inlet and outlet air manually• Full safety provided with the machine
