Originally established as a general engineering company in Ozzano Emilia, near
Bologna (Italy) FRAME first entered the corrugated silo market in the mid 1990’s.
FRAME is now a part of AG Growth International INC (www.aggrowth.com) a
company listed at Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE:AFN)
FRAME has now grown into one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of metallic silos
for both agricultural & commercial applications & having also developed a wide
range of silo accessories such as catwalks, support towers, aeration systems &
sweep augers, as part of AG Growth International Group of Canada. Within the
AGI group are manufacturers such as Hi‐Roller, Tramco, Westeel, Global Industries
(MFS/York) etc. etc.
This new partnership with AGI has ensured the consolidation of FRAME as a major
European manufacturing base within the Group to service key markets, with
significant investment to be made in the Fiesso manufacturing plant, & the
opportunity to maximize the synergies of design, technical advantages between
the various companies within the Group, while maintaining the independence in
respect of marketing & sales.

In the period between 2009 and 2017, there has been significant growth within
the company & FRAME has consolidated its position as a leading supplier of
silos & associated accessories throughout many parts of the world.
The ability to fulfil our clients varied needs where necessary, from the
preparation of the initial offer via our internet based quotation system,
according to the specific requirements of the client, submission of detailed
drawings, even analysis of soil tests to supervision of the erection of the silos if

FRAME has its technical, administrative headquarters in Ozzano Emilia, near Bologna in
Northern Italy.
The main manufacturing facility, with de‐coiling, corrugating, profiling & robotic
bending facilities remains in Fiesso d’Artico, not far from Venice.

From its small beginnings, FRAME is now firmly established as one of Europe’s largest
designers, manufacturers & suppliers of all types of corrugated steel silos for
commercial & agricultural applications as well as the ancillary products such as
catwalks, ladders, platforms, aeration & temperature sensing systems, support towers
etc etc.
With its large manufacturing facilities based both in Ozzano Emilia and Fiesso d’Artico
the company’s annual steel consumption exceeds 20,000 tonnes; the steel used in the
manufacturing process is purchased exclusively from Europe’s leading producers.
Over the past almost 30 years, FRAME has supplied silos throughout the world & is now
a preferred supplier to many of Europe’s leading manufacturers of grain processing
equipment as well as some of the most respected engineering companies in Europe &
their locally based agents.

Our in‐house design facility enables FRAME to respond rapidly to our client’s specific
requirements in respect of design standards, ASAE, DIN or Eurocode, as well as the local
seismic, wind speed & snow loads, loading capacities, fill/empty cycles etc, providing
the relevant constitutions, base loads & weights with a minimum of delay.

both project & component design.

Our highly skilled workforce, together with the highly efficient manufacturing facilities

Under the latest EU requirements, any ‘series’ manufactured structural metal
components either manufactured or imported into the EU must comply with the CE
marking requirements, in fact it will be a criminal offence to supply structural steel work
within the EU unless it conforms to this standard & carries the legitimate CE mark.
The penalties for businesses found not complying with this requirement will be severe,
they will be prevented from trading & will have to incur the cost of any consequential
product recalls & fines.
