Notice of Institution of Preliminary Countervailing Duty Investigation and Scheduling of Conference

Investigation instituted. Following receipt,of a petition August 1,

Commission on August 5, 1980, instituted a prelimina coun countervailing duty

investigation under section 303 of the Tar as amended by
