Case 7FULL MOUTH

REHABILITATION

A six years old male patient

came to Department of

Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry,

GNIDSR with the chief complaint of decayed teeth in

upper anterior region of mouth.

Intra oral examination: • 51, 61, 62,& 84 carious

• 54 ,64 & 74 missing due to extraction.

Intra oral periapical radiograph showed • No pulpal exposure of 51,61,62

• Pulpal exposure of 84.

Treatment plan: Light cure composite build up of 51, 61

& 62

Nance’s palatal arch in upper arch

Band & loop space maintainer at the place of extracted 74 in

lower arch. Pulpectomy of 84, followed by stainless

steel crown.
