Future Civilization Base
Disclaimer
s with any Business Plan of this nature, this plan consists of a
number of forward looking statements and estimates of activities
made in good faith, and based on the most recent information
available at the time the plan was last updated.
Because of the somewhat volatile nature of commercial real estate
ventures during their early or planning stages, some changes in the details
of project activity in the phases after the initial planning activity are likely.
Most often, such changes will take the form of shifts in the time schedules
related to the timing of the asset acquisition or the investment need and/or
the timing of project revenue generation. The impact of such events,
should they occur, on one of 8Corp’s projects included within this plan
would impact the projected dates of needed outside capital input and
consequently, potentially require adjustment to the timing of other phases
of that project. This plan should be considered invalid one year after the
date on the plan’s cover sheet. Investors and other interested parties should
request, by mail from the corporate address on the cover, the most recent
revision to the Corporation’s Business Plan.
It is important to note however, that 8Corp makes every attempt to
mitigate any investment or funding needs fluctuation for funders or
partners in each development project’s capital needs first by, requiring a
consistently designed, documented, and approved project plan prior to
8Corp becoming involved with a project. Secondly, 8Corp assures that
each project is managed independently, in terms of finances and project
team resources, from all other on- going corporate activities. The
corporation assures that each project maintains its own separate
accounting record and that each project has its own assigned team of
professionals, including a project manager responsible for completion of
the project. This is done to assure that capital flow needs most closely
match the needs of the individual project, remain as close to the originally
projected capital requirement dates as the events within the project allow,
and are not directly impacted by other activities of the corporation.
The Corporation provides overall oversight on each project and assures
that each team involved in a project, operate in a consistent manner,
within the scope of the project plan pre-approved by the Corporation. This
general oversight approach provides several things for potential investors
including project quality assurance, periodic project updates and
communication assurance, consistent
3
Investors who may be interested in a general investment in 8Corp
itself, rather than investing in one or more of its specific projects,
have a potentially lower risk. This is because 8Corp involves itself in
multiple development projects that can each independently
contribute to the overall internal capital generation and return on
investment for the corporation, and by so doing, smooth the expected
revenue stream for the Corporation. Those who may be interested in
acquiring an equity stake in 8Corp should expect a return on their
investment from both a projected increase in the market value of their
equity stake in the corporation and potential future dividend payouts.
Returns on investments in individual projects, while expected in the
long term, are more subject to potential timing fluctuations in getting
the project to revenue generation stage based on the nature of the
projects and the impact of various business environment factors. In
addition, any return on investments from individual projects is solely
dependent on the success of the individual project. Plans for
providing investors an opportunity to purchase equity in 8Corp itself
could be seen as a somewhat lower risk investment option. Please
direct any inquiries regarding that future investment option to
MOHAMMAD AMIN NAMAZI at the corporate address:

Future Footprint
Probably the biggest challenge corporations or organizations face today is
balancing the need for increasing shareholder value while simultaneously providing a work environment that truly engages the passion and
commitment of its’ employees. Increasingly, corporate growth and
profitability depend upon an organization’s ability to mentally engage and retain its workforce.
Workforce demographics and attitudes are shifting at a rapid pace.
Boomers, who make up the bulk of management and leadership with most large organizations today, traditionally worked in an environment
characterized by the exchange of labor for the promise of lasting
employment and financial reward. This is no longer a concept that works within our society.
There is an undeniable need for a different social contract within our
workplace. Employees, whether they are GenXers or Boomers, are not willing to trade in their intellectual capital, passion, and life energy in
exchange for the ―opportunity‖ to work within a corporate environment
where they are shunned from employing initiative, taking risks, and being innovative and creative. Today’s employees demand personal growth and
learning that will engage and stimulate them.
They want to be challenged, and they need to be trusted and
held accountable.
Our experience in increasing leadership effectiveness at both the corporate and individual level is that enduring, impactful leadership
within corporations must start at the top and become part of an
organization’s culture.
The best leadership development initiatives at the individual level will not
benefit the organization long-term, if the organization cannot provide the
supporting organizational culture, including structures, process, and systems necessary for individual leadership to develop within a
corporation.
Effective leadership, at both the individual and corporate level, is the key
to long-term organizational results in our ever-changing business
landscape.
Now, more than ever before, there is a need for corporate leadership.

developing projects, with slight interest in privet investors

Prospective Approved Investments
FUTURE CIVILIZATION
We have encountered our major investor that has a full interest in
our projects. One investor has declared % 100 assurances for
development FUTURE CIVILIZATION. Our desire is, and we propose, to have an agreement with a UN
and UNICEF. It is there that investors will get a guaranteed return
for their money, because of the leveraging, while at the same time
still investing in our projects. It is this concept, and the utilization
and investor will hire a Project Manager to oversee our projects.

We Will Secure Our Future
Concept Plan
Future Civilization – World Wide A Life-time Experience
Concept Driven & Experiential Design
With almost 8,000 km2 to consider for long-range land use and
development, Future Civilization transcends the concept of a
destination facility—it is a dynamic community of thousands of
residents and guests. More than a collection of facilities, Future
Civilization has the opportunity to become something
extraordinary— something more than the sum of its parts.
What is the idea that is Future Civilization? Is it just another
HOME, or could it be something more? Could it be the place where
the unique nature and culture of the region are expressed; where
activities and adventures are interconnected; where new experiences
are learned and shared; and where people became the persons they
did not know they could be? Future Civilization could be
experientially designed to consider:
Education
Personality construction
Securing Future
Family care
To become transforming, Future Civilization will be concept-
driven. It will be based on ideas that tell a story that will be as much
about the people who visit as those who designed the place.
Future Civilization will be transforming
Place-Making & Branding
Future Civilization will have a sense of place like no other in the
world. Each guest will know the moment he or she enters Future
Civilization from all senses: Feel New HOME.
The Future Civilization ―brand‖ will be related to all people, and
there will be more industries than just ―SHELTER‖ associated with
this new community. Many others may become a part of the Future
Civilization community lifestyle that blends local residents with
HOME experiences.
14
One Order Civilization
Secure feeling will provide a venue for inventors, artists and
craftsmen to continue the cultural heritage and explore new
expression unique to Future Civilization.
Sense of place is not just a geographic concept. Seasonal and special
events for all religion will be celebrated at Future Civilization like
nowhere else.
Future Civilization will have an extraordinary sense of place.
Sustainability & Regenerative Design
Sustainability as defined by the World Commission on
Environment and Development (1987) will be a guiding principle
for Future Civilization:
Sustainable development meets the needs of the present
without compromising the ability of future generations to
meet their own needs.
Future Civilization includes ―cultural‖ as well as ―natural‖ sustainability
as a founding concept mirroring 8Corp’s mission statement. Beyond
sustainable development, Future Civilization will include regenerative
design concepts that focus on natural and social systems. Regenerative
design will drive development to improve the environment for future
generations.
Information & Communications Technology will be integral to the
Future Civilization lifestyle from resource/energy monitoring and
management to life-long learning; from entertainment to Health care.
Future Civilization will be a “GREEN” community.
15
Our Goal
Future Civilization Lifestyles
The geographic features of Future Civilization offer an outstanding
potential for an infinite number of lifestyles. Five types have been
identified as ideal for specific Logistical development:
Western Future Civilization
This area has relatively to the American (North, Central, and South)
living style and it will be based on the Brazil and Algeria.
Central Future Civilization
This area is prime location for European community and their life
style with base on Ukraine.
Middle Eastern Future Civilization This area has relatively to Persian and Arabic style of living with
base in Jordan and Kazakhstan.
Eastern Future Civilization
This area has relatively to Asian life style and culture and it will be
based on India and china.
Vocational Future Civilization
This area will be in U.A.E or AUSTRALIA for vocation of who registered in the Future Civilization and they can enjoy their life as
every person doing in their living style.
These Five areas have corresponding demographic and market
demand. The variety inherent in this approach ensures that no two
locations will be alike in method of living but it follows the base
architectural design.
Future Civilization will be the experience of a future

Future Civilization Master Plan
The fortress town of Palma nova, among the more important and better preserved
examples of late Renaissance military architecture, was built by order of the
Serenissima Republican di Venezia in 1593. A better understanding of the reasons that
induced the Venetians to erect Palma and to choose the site can be obtained by going
back to the policy and culture of the previous century, both in Friuli and in Venice, and
by taking into account the situation in Europe in relation to aspects concerning
diplomacy, military technique and strategy as well as philosophic culture and catholic
doctrine after the Council of Trent.
Between 1470 and 1499 the region of Friuli, under Venetian rule since 1420, had
endured no less than seven Turkish raids from the Balkans. Apart from the fortress of
Gradisca, the most important stronghold in Friuli as of 1479, Venetian defense works
were obsolete and insufficient. In the event of a raid, only the walled city of Udine
could give refuge to the population and provide shelter for the harvest and military
equipment; it was also the only defense against Turkish hordes wishing to continue
towards Venice.
