DESCRIPTION

How do you extrinsically motivate individuals to help them become intrinsically motivated? Three key components of motivation will be discussed through three different stories. While working with personal trainers and health club owners to customize rewards programs, insights on effectively using gamification to alter the health and fitness behaviors were discovered. The defining characteristics of the trainers able to successfully get clients through the door, help clients stay on track, and ultimately transform the mindset and lifestyle of their clients will be shared.
