To review the process of SMART goals. To look at the principles involved and

see how they can be used in sport to an athletes benefit.

You will create a goal and set your own SMART goals for your PEP to help you achieve that target.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

All pupils will be able to identify what SMART goals are.

All pupils will set SMART goals for their PEP.

Most pupils will explain how SMART goals can be used to benefit athletes.

Some pupils will create their own SMART goals for in a sporting context and be able to assist in others setting SMART goals.

You need to set SMART goals specific to your needs for your PEP.

You will create SMART goals for a sporting aspiration you may have for a sport of your choice.
