1- HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

In 1935 the Germans knew television for the first time transmission service, to colored program in 1967

After the end of World War II Germany was formed “German General Authority for Radio and Television” called ARD, to manage and supervise German TV. & radio channel.So they have no ministry of media like Egypt.

Radio and television fees that must be paid by every citizen which has the receiver to radio ,TV ,PC. Besides an advertising revenue.But in Egypt we don’t pay fees for media service.
