Getting Ready

The Bride and her bridesmaids can

get ready in the grand FitzWalter

Bedrooms suite or the first-floor

drawing room, the Jane Austen

Room. Both of these have

spectacular views over the east-

facing parterre and extensive

countryside.

The majestic

oak staircase

is the perfect

place to

capture

magical

photos of your

wedding day.

Church Ceremony

If you wish to have a traditional

church wedding ceremony, the

Holy Cross Church is only 5

minutes walk from Goodnestone

Park.

Civil Ceremony

If you prefer a civil ceremony, both

the house and gardens are licenced

to carry this out; the round room in

the house is used for smaller

ceremonies and the Coach House

for larger groups.

Walk back

from the

church

through the

picturesque

Holly Walk and

Goodnestone

Park’s Walled

Gardens.

Reception

Enjoy your wedding

reception on the

east side of the

house, with views

into the extensive

countryside.

You can choose to hold your

Wedding Reception amongst the

flowers, in the Park’s Walled Garden.

Goodnestone Park is fully licenced

to hold wedding parties of up to 150.

Choose from a

selection of

marquees to

host your

evening

celebrations.

Every last detail

of the wedding

is bespoke,

tailored to the

wedding party’s

tastes.

Stay

The wedding

party stays in

Goodnestone

mansion where

they can be

waited upon on

hand and foot.

Relax in true luxury

after the big day, in

one of Goodnestone

Park’s twelve

bedroom suites, most

of which have their

own en suites. It’s the

perfect place to spend

precious time with

friends and family.

Other wedding

guests can enjoy

a glamping

experience,

spending the

night in

luxurious bell

tents in the

estate’s

extensive

grounds.
