2 Personal Interview

Oncetheapplicationhasbeensubmitted, togetherwithall relevantdocumentation, itwillbeexamined indetailbytheAdmissionCommitteewhowilldecidewhetherthecandidate’sprofilemeetstheprogramrequirements.Ifthecandidatepassesthisstage,theywillbeinvitedtoapersonalinterview,tobeattendedinpersonorremotely(viaSkypevideoconference).

The admissions process will be conducted in the language of study chosen for the Core Period.

Oncetheinterviewisover,theAdmissionsCommitteewillhaveameetingtoexaminetheapplicationin-depth.Thedecisionmayormaynotbefinal,dependingoneachcase.

Thereisarollingadmissionsprocess,meaningthere is no deadline for applications.However,earlyapplicationsarerecommendedgiventhelimitednumberofplacesforeachprogram.IfacandidateisadmittedtotheExecutiveMBA+program,theywillhavethepossibilitytochoosebetween2intakes,the one for which they apply, and the next one.

ModulechoicesareconfirmedwhenstudentsmaketheirplacereservationsfortheExecutiveMBA+.TheminimumnumberofparticipantsforaModuleis15.IntheeventofaModulenotreachingthisminimumnumber,IEBusinessSchoolwillinformthestudentsaffectedatleast2weeksbeforetheprogrambeginsandofferthemtwoalternativeoptions:transferringtothe+AdvancedGlobalMan-agementModule,orpostponingtheirentryuntilthenextintake.

DuringtheCorePeriod,studentsmayrequesttochangeModules.Thiswillbepossibleassumingthechangedoesnotaffectthe15studentminimummentionedabove,andaslongasthereareplacesavailable.Itispossibletorequestatransferupto4weeksbeforethebeginningoftheModuleclasses.

• If students choose to study the Module in a different language from that of their Core Period, theywillneedtoattendaninterviewinthatlanguage.Inaddition,theymaybeaskedtopres-entacertificateconfirmingtheirlevel.
