(a) Guide for login and navigation to amendments (Applicable to all amendment types)

Step 1 – Navigate to the URL https://www.gobusiness.gov.sg/licences

Step 2 – Scroll down and select “Self-Service Feature” and click on “Get Started”

Step 3 – Select “Login”

Step 4 – Select “Login via CorpPass”

Step 5 – Enter your CorpPass details, and click ‘Login’

Step 6 – Click on the ‘Licence Application’ tab on the top navigation bar, and select ‘Amend

Expiring Licence’ in the drop down list

Step 7 – Click on the “Government Agencies” tab and select “SSG SkillsFuture Singapore

Agency”

Step 8 – Under “Registration of Private Education Institutions”, select “Add to Selection”

Step 9 – After selecting “Add to Selection”, the “Review and Apply (1)” tab appears at the top

of the screen. Click on the tab, which expands to show the “Selected Licences” section. Click

“Proceed” in that section

(b) Guide for “Amendment on PEI Names, Managers, Members of Academic and

Examination Board”

Follow Steps 1 to 9 under (a) Guide for login and navigation to amendments (Applicable

to all amendment types)

Step 10 – Select “Amendment on PEI Names, Manager, Members of Academic and

Examination Board”. Then click “Next”.

Step 11 – Read the Terms of Use, and tick the checkbox if you agree with the Terms of Use.

Then click “Next”.

Step 12 – To add a new name, select the checkbox “Particulars of Registered Name” and enter

the necessary information in the respective fields. After which, select “Add New Name” to

confirm the addition of the new name. Repeat Step to add more names. Proceed to Step 24 to

complete the rest of the application.

Step 13 - To remove a registered name, select the checkbox “Particulars of Registered Name”

and “To be deleted” next to the name. Repeat Step to remove more names. Proceed to Step 24

to complete the rest of the application.

Step 14 - To amend existing information pertaining to the registered names, select the

checkbox “Particulars of Registered Name” and the “Edit” button next to the name to be

edited. Select the checkbox “To Be Updated” to amend the necessary information under the

respective fields accordingly. Select “Confirm Changes to Existing Name” to confirm the

changes made to the name. Repeat Step to amend more names. Proceed to Step 24 to

complete the rest of the application.

Step 15 – To add a new Manager, select the checkbox “Particulars of Managers” and enter

the necessary information in the respective fields. Select “Add New Manager” to confirm the

addition of the new Manager. Added Manager will appear at the bottom of the section. Repeat

Step to add more Managers. Proceed to Step 24 to complete the rest of the application.

Step 16 - To remove an existing Manager, select the checkbox “Particulars of Managers” and

“To be deleted” next to the Manager. Repeat Step to remove more Managers. Proceed to Step

24 to complete the rest of the application.

Step 17 - To amend existing information pertaining to a registered Manager, select the

checkbox “Particulars of Managers” and the “Edit” button next to the Manager to be edited.

After which, select the checkbox “To Be Updated” to amend the information under the respective

fields accordingly. Select “Confirm Changes to Existing Manager” to confirm the changes made

to the Manager. Repeat Step to amend other Managers. Proceed to Step 24 to complete the

rest of the application.

Step 18 – To add a new Member of the Academic Board, select the checkbox “Members

of Academic Board” and enter the necessary information in the respective fields. Select “Add

New Member” to confirm the addition of the new member. Added member will appear at the

bottom of the section. Repeat Step to add more members. Proceed to Step 24 to complete the

rest of the application.

Step 19 - To remove an existing Member of the Academic Board, select the checkbox

“Members of Academic Board” and “To be deleted” next to the member. Repeat Step to remove

more members. Proceed to Step 24 to complete the rest of the application.

Step 20 - To amend existing information pertaining to a registered Academic Board

member, select the checkbox “Members of Academic Board” and the “Edit” button next

to the member to be edited. Select the checkbox “To Be Updated” to amend the information

under the respective fields accordingly. Select “Confirm Changes to Existing Member” to confirm

changes made to the member. Repeat Step to amend more members. Proceed to Step 24 to

complete the rest of the application.

Step 21 – To add a new Examination Board member, select the checkbox “Members of

Examination Board” and enter the necessary information in the respective fields. Select “Add

New Member” to confirm the addition of the new member. Added member will appear at the

bottom of the section. Repeat Step to add more members. Proceed to Step 24 to complete the

rest of the application.

Step 22 - To remove an existing Member of the Examination Board, select the checkbox

“Members of Examination Board” and “To be deleted” next to the member. Repeat Step to

remove more members. Proceed to Step 24 to complete the rest of the application.

Step 23 - To amend existing information pertaining to a registered Examination Board

member, select the checkbox “Members of Examination Board” and the “Edit” button next

to the member to be edited. Select the checkbox “To Be Updated” to amend the information

under the respective fields accordingly. Select “Confirm Changes to Existing Member” to confirm

changes made to the member. Repeat Step to amend more members. Proceed to Step 24 to

complete the rest of the application.

Step 24 – State your annual turnover by selecting one of the options, click “Proceed”

Step 25 – Upload Supporting Documents or select “Offline Submission”. Click “Next”

Note:

Maximum file size is 2 MB.

Document type should be either pdf, jpg, jpeg, gif, pang, bmp

Step 26 – Review submission, tick the declaration checkboxes. Click “Submit”. Print or save a

copy of the acknowledgement for reference.

(c) Guide for “Amendment on Teachers”

Follow Steps 1 to 9 under (a) Guide for login and navigation to amendments (Applicable

to all amendment types)

Step 10 – Select “Amendment on Teachers”. Then click “Next”.

Step 11 – Read the Terms of Use, and tick the checkbox if you agree with the Terms of Use.

Verify Filer’s particulars. Then click “Next”.

Step 12 – To assign NEW Teachers to an existing course, enter the details of the new

teacher in the respective fields and select “Add New Teacher”. The name of the new teacher

will appear in the section.

Step 13 – Select the “Course Title” and “Module” from the drop-down list, then click “New

Assignment”. Repeat Step 12 and 13 to add more teachers. Proceed to Step 16 to complete the

rest of the application.

Step 14 – To assign EXISTING teacher to existing course, select “Edit” button under

the list of existing teachers.

Registered information pertaining to the respective teacher is generated. To update the

particulars of the teacher, select “To Be Updated”, then amend the information under respective

fields.

Step 15 - To assign the existing teacher to an existing course, select “Course title” and

“Modules” from the drop-down list, then select “New Assignment”. Repeat Step 15 to add more

courses to the teacher. Select “Confirm changes to existing teacher” to confirm the changes

made to the teacher. Repeat Step 14 and 15 to add another existing teacher to existing course.

Step 16 – State your annual turnover by selecting one of the options, click “Proceed”.

Step 17 – Upload Supporting Documents or select “Offline Submission”. Click “Next”

Step 18 – Tick the declaration boxes and click “Submit”

Step 19 – The following acknowledgment will appear after application is submitted successfully.

Print or save a copy of the acknowledgement for reference

Step 20 – To remove an EXISTING teacher from your PEI, select the checkbox “To be

deleted” next to the teacher. Note that this removal is to remove the teacher from all the courses

assigned to him. Repeat Step to remove more teachers from your PEI. Proceed from Step 16

to 19 to complete their rest of the application.

Step 21 – To remove the assignment of an EXISTING teacher from a particular course,

select the “Edit” button next to the teacher to be removed.

Scroll to the section “Existing Course(s) Proposed to be Taught” which generates all the courses

assigned to the teacher. Select the checkbox “To be deleted” next to the course to be removed

and click “Confirm changes to existing teacher”. Note that this removal is to remove the teacher

from a particular course assigned to him. Repeat Step to remove other teacher(s) from other

course assignment. Proceed from Step 16 to 19 to complete their rest of the application.

(d) Guide for “Amendment on Courses”

Follow Steps 1 to 9 under (a) Guide for login and navigation to amendments (Applicable

to all amendment types)

Step 10 – Select “Amendment on Courses”. Then click “Next”

Step 11 - Tick the checkbox to accept the Terms of Use and the Filer’s Particulars will appear.

Click “Next” to proceed

Step 12 - To add NEW course, enter the new course information.

Step 13 – Enter the new module under the Module Name. Next click “Add New Module” to

confirm the addition of the new module. Repeat Step to add more modules. After all modules

have been added, select “Add new course” to confirm the addition of course and module

information.

Step 14 - To add NEW teacher to the course, enter the relevant information under “Add Teacher

Particular” and select “Add New Teacher” to confirm the addition of the new teacher. The name

of the new teacher will appear in the section. Repeat Step to add more teachers.

Step 15 – To assign an existing or new teacher to the course, select the “Course Title” and

“Module” from the drop-down list. Select the teacher and click to add the teacher in the

course and module. Select “Assign” to confirm the assignment of the teacher. The record on the

teacher assignment will be added to the section. Repeat Step to add more teachers to the

course.

Step 16 – State your annual turnover by selecting one of the options, click “Proceed”.

Step 17 - Upload Supporting Documents or select “Offline Submission” and click “Next”

Step 18 - After documents are uploaded, tick the declaration boxes and click “Submit”

Step 19 – Click “Proceed with payment”

Step 20 - Upon successful payment, the following acknowledgement will appear. You may

choose to view the receipt or print a copy of the acknowledgement and proceed to close the

application.

Step 21: To add New module(s) to an existing course, select the “Edit” button next to

the course to be edited.

Enter the new module under the Module Name and select “Add New Module”. Repeat Step to

add more modules. After all modules have been added, Select “Confirm changes to existing

course” to confirm the addition of new module(s) to the existing course.

Step 22 – Proceed from Step 16 to 20 to assign an existing or new teacher to the course and

complete the rest of the application.

Step 23: To remove an existing course, select the checkbox “To be deleted” next to the

course. Repeat Step to delete more courses. Proceed from Step 16 to 20 to complete the rest

of the application.

Step 24: To remove an existing module from an existing course, select the “Edit” button

next to the course to be edited. Registered information of the course is being generated.

Select the checkbox “To be deleted” next to the module to be deleted. Repeat Step to delete

more modules. Proceed from Step 16 to 20 to complete the rest of the application.

Step 25: To amend existing information pertaining to a registered course, select the “Edit”

button next to the course to be edited. Registered information of the course is generated.

Select the checkbox “To Be Updated” under the “Add Course and Modules” to amend the

information of the course. Note: certain fields are non-editable via Gobusiness. Please approach

the officer in-charge if you wish to amend those fields.

After the amendment had been made to the existing course, select “Confirm changes to existing

course” to capture the new changes made. Proceed from Step 16 to 20 to complete the rest of

the application.

Step 26 - To amend the module title of an existing course, select the “Edit” button

next the course to be edited. Existing modules are being generated. Next, select the “Edit”

next to the module to be edited and select the checkbox “To Be Updated” to amend the module

title. Select “Confirm changes to existing modules” to confirm the changes made to the module.

Proceed from Step 16 to 20 to complete the rest of the application.

(e) Guide for “Amendment on Premises”

Follow Steps 1 to 9 under (a) Guide for login and navigation to amendments (Applicable

to all amendment types)

Step 10 – Select “Amendment on Premises”. Then click “Next”

Step 11 – Tick the checkbox and the Filer’s Particulars will appear. Click “Next” to proceed

Step 12 - To add a new premise, enter the information in the relevant fields. To add new

classroom(s) under the new premise, enter the fields under the “Classroom Details” and select

“Add New Classroom” to capture new classroom. Repeat Step to add more classrooms. After

all the classroom(s) have been added under the new premises, select “New Premises” to

confirm the addition of the new premises. New Premises will be added to the bottom of the

section.

Step 13 - To continue, select the annual sales turnover and click “Proceed”

Step 17 – To remove a registered premise, select the checkbox “To be deleted” next to the

premises. Note that this removal is to remove the entire premise (including all classrooms within

the registered premises) from your PEI. Repeat Step to remove more premises. Proceed from

Step 13 to 16 to complete their rest of the application.

Step 18 - To remove classroom(s) from a registered premise, select the “Edit” next

the premise to be edited.

Existing classroom(s) within the registered premise is being generated. Next, select the

checkbox “To be deleted” next to the classroom(s) to be removed.

Select the checkbox “To Be Updated” under “Particulars of Premises” and “Confirm changes to

existing premise” to confirm the changes made to the registered premise. Repeat Step to delete

classroom(s) from other registered premises. Proceed from Step 13 to 16 to complete their rest

of the application.

Step 19 - To amend existing classroom details of a registered premise, click the “Edit”

button next to the premise to be edited.

Select the checkbox “To Be Updated” under the “Classroom Details” to amend the classroom

name, room type and floor area. Select “Confirm Changes to existing classroom” to capture the

changes made to classroom. Repeat Step to amend information of other registered classrooms.

After all amendments have been made to the classroom(s) of a registered premise, select “To

Be Updated” under “Particulars of Premises” and select “Confirm changes to existing premises”

to confirm the changes to the registered premise. Repeat Step to amend classroom details of

another registered premise. Proceed from Step 13 to 16 to complete their rest of the application.
